Anita Beckwith: Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist
Anita graduated with a BSc (Hons) degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Surrey in 2000 and MSc Advanced Diabetes Practice from King’s College London in 2013.
Anita works as a Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist in both the NHS and private practice.
Anita also qualified as a personal trainer in 2019. Anita has worked in the Dulwich-area since 2004 and has lived here since 2017.
Anita’s areas of special interest are:

Anita combines evidence based nutrition with her extensive experience in nutrition science and psychological therapies, such as motivational interviewing and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), to help clients uncover their missing link and find the motivation they need to break free from where they’ve been stuck, creating lasting changes that truly transform their health and lives.
Anita works in a food-first approach, offering supplement recommendations where required. Anita recommends and reviews blood work working to optimise your health through her recommendations. Anita describes her approach as "pro-choice, anti-judgement", recognising that one size does not fit all and that through life’s ebbs and flows, goals may change. Anita will work with you to adapt action plans to ensure they are tailored to you and your lifestyle.
